Relays may be run as time-trials or heats and finals depending upon the time permitting
within the programme.
Assuming the length of the gymnasium does not exceed 40 metres.
Minimum Rest Periods
Races or Relay legs having 1 or 2 Laps = 20 minutes
Races or Relay legs having 3 or 4 Laps = 30 minutes
