St Catharine’s

College

St Catharine’s College was

founded in 1473

by Robert Woodlark, Provost

of King’s College. It was formally

founded on St Catharine’s day

(November 25) in 1473.

Cambridge University

and King’s College

The University of Cambridge

was founded in 1209 and it is

the second oldest University

in the UK, and the seventh

oldest University in the world.

King’s College was founded

in 1441 and it is the most known

out of the 31 colleges

in Cambridge University.

Mathematical

Bridge

The Mathematical Bridge

belongs to the Queens College,

which is one of

the many colleges of Cambridge

University. The Bridge was built

in 1749, but it has since

been rebuilt twice.
