Loughborough, the largest
town in the East Midlands
of England, is located within
20-minutes travel time of
the three famous cities of
Leicester, Nottingham and
Derby. It is a pleasant market
town surrounded by the Soar
Valley and Charnwood Forest’s
beautiful hills. The town is
well served by major road and
rail routes and there are many
green areas and parks with a
mix of modern and Victorian
buildings. Loughborough is
160km north west of London
and has a train station with
direct trains to the tourist
destinations of Birmingham,
Nottingham and Robin Hood’s
Sherwood Forest (25 minutes
travel time). The town centre is
an attractive shopping, leisure
and entertainment destination.
The PLUS centre is located at
Loughborough University, the
biggest single-sited campus in
the UK. The campus resembles
a small village and is famous
for its world-class teaching,
living and especially its
sporting facilities including an
Olympic size swimming pool. It
provides plenty of open spaces,
gardens and sports areas
mixed with academic building
and student accommodation.
This is a self contained

The accommodation buildings
are modern brick houses with 2-3
three floors.The accommodation
is apartment style with each
