company delivers from new production
– based on its partner mills – tubes,
pipes, round and flat bars, and angles.
Heat exchanger tubes and pipes are a
major area of business.
The company operates two saws to cut
tube of 8 to 80mm outside diameter, in
lengths from 100 to 3,000mm. Kallas
Edelstahl also specialises in cutting
polished and mirror polished tubes
without damaging the surface.
A polishing machine enables the
company to fulfil special needs, such
as being able to polish small diameters
and non-standard dimensions, and to
provide a fast polishing service.

Profilmec specialises in the manufacture
of high-frequency electro-welded cold
rolled precision steel tubes and profiles.
The materials employed are hot rolled
pickled steel (standard and special),
cold rolled steel (standard and special),
aluminised steel, hot galvanised steel
and aluminium.
The company’s product range is wide
and diversified, with the possibility to
customise the product according to
customer requirements. The diameter
range is from 8 to 120mm, with thickness
from 0.5 to 3mm. All products can
be supplied with special finishing and
packaging. The pipes can be supplied
in bars or in pieces cut to specific
measurements, and the surface can
be customised on the basis of the final
application.
Profilmec products are used in
markets such as automotive, cycle
and motorcycle, manufacturing of
furniture for furnishings and gardens,
camping and household items,
radiators and buildings. The company
offers tubes with specific technological
characteristics, suitable for eventual
next working steps including cutting,
bending, funnelling, welding, painting
and galvanic treatment.

Ronconi SpA produces cold drawn
tubes and pipes with a large range of
dimensions (OD from 8 to 170mm, 3 /8 "
to 6"), in steel grades including carbon
steel, low alloy steel and high alloy steel.
The company’s major products are
energy tubes and mechanical tubes.
Energy tubes for heat exchanger, refinery,
chemical and boiler applications are
available in steel grades A179, A192,
A210 and A334, up to alloy steel such
as A213 T11, T12, T22, T5, T9 and
T91, according to ASTM/ASME, EN and
other national European standards.
In the last two years Ronconi has also
started supplying stainless steel tubes
such as TP304 /H/L, TP316 /H/L/Ti
and TP 321 /H, including duplex steel
grades. Tubes can also supplied as
U-bent, finned tubes, according to
requirements.
The company’s mechanical tubes are
for general mechanical applications,
cylinders, oleo-dynamical, special and
profiled.Steelgradesaremainlyaccording
to EN10305-2-4 E215, E235 and E355, in
different delivery conditions.
The company can also produce tubes
in grades 20MnV6, 25CrMo4, 42CrMo4,
C35, C45, C60 and StE690, among
others, and has started producing tubes
in 100Cr6 for ball bearing and other
applications.
Ronconi SpA buys raw material for
its own warehouse and produces to
customer demand. The company is
ISO 9001 and PED certified by TÜV.
