This one comes from the manager of that famous

old hotel, "La Plage" at Etretat, France.

he calls it OHIO we don't know. Probably

thinks OHIO is an Indian yell, or something. And

Use two small Pewter or Silver Muga

One teaspoonful Powdered Sugar

One wineglass Old Mull

Ignite the mixture end while blazing pour

several times from one mug to other

Serve with a twisted Lemon Peel on the top

One teaspoonful fine sugar

Juice of half a Lemon

One jigger Pure Rye Whiskey

Fill with ioe, stir w.ell, strain into sour glass,

Boat a little claret on top, and servo

One-half wineglass Italian Vermouth

Ice, strain and servo
