Mini-Circuits’
Reflectionless Band Pass
Filter, 2350 to 3150MHz
Mini-Circuits’ XBF-282+ is a
reflectionless band pass filter with a
passband from 2350 to 3150MHz.
The filter provides 3.2dB passband
insertion loss, 15dB lower stop band
rejection from DC to 1810MHz, and
20dB upper stop band rejection up
to 20000MHz. It can handle RF input
power up to 2W in the passband and
0.5W in the stopband, and it provides
a wide operating temperature range
from -55 to +105°C. Fabricated using
GaAs IPD process technology, the
filter comes housed in a tiny 3x3mm
QFN package.
Mini-Circuits’X-seriesofreflectionless
filters employs a novel filter topology
which absorbs and terminates
stopband signals internally rather
than reflecting them back to the
source. This new capability enables
unique applications for filter circuits
beyond those suited to traditional
approaches. Reflectionless filters
eliminate stopband signal reflections,
allowing them to be paired with
sensitive devices such as mixers
and multipliers without the need for
extra components like attenuators,
significantly
improving
system
performance and saving board
space.

Mini-Circuits’ PHA-1H+ advanced
wideband MMIC amplifier delivers
ultra-high dynamic range for a
wide variety of applications from
0.05 to 6GHz. Fabricated using
E-PHEMT process technology, the
amplifier provides ultra-high OIP3 of
+40.4dBm, P1dB of +22dB, 13.8dB
gain, and low noise figure of 2.2dB.
Industry-leading IP3 performance
relative to device size and power
consumption makes this model
ideal for use in driver amplifiers for
complex waveform upconverter
paths, drivers in linearized transmit
systems, and secondary amplifiers
in high-dynamic-range receivers. The
model also has good input and output
return loss over a broad frequency
range without the need for external
matching components. It operates on
a single 5V supply and comes housed
in a tiny, thermally-efficient SOT-
89 package (0.10x0.09x0.18”) with
SnAgNi lead finish.

Mount High Pass Filter, 5 to
400MHz
Mini-Circuits’ SXHP-5+ surface mount
band pass filter provides a pass
band from 5 to 400MHz, supporting
applications including electromagnetic
sensors, defense communications,
test and measurement and more.
Built using high-Q capacitors and
wirewound inductors for superior
performance, this model provides
0.5dB passband insertion loss,
1.2:1 passband VSWR, and 29dB
stopband rejection. It can handle up
to 2.0W RF input power and has an
operating temperature range from -40
to +85°C. The filter comes housed in
a miniature, 8-lead shielded package
(0.44x0.74x0.27”) with wraparound
terminations for excellent solderability.

Bandpass Cavity Filter Covers
X-Band Applications from
11200 to 11400MHz
Mini-Circuits’ ZVBP-4900+ is a
connectorized bandpass filter with
a narrow passband from 4840
to 4960MHz, supporting Wi-Fi,
telecommunications,
broadband
applications and more. Utilizing cavity
filter technology, this model provides
1.2dB passband insertion loss, 1.22:1
passband VSWR, very high upper/
lower stopband rejection of >95 dB at
2000 and 7000MHz, and 10W power
handling. It has excellent selectivity
with 28dB rejection only 140MHz
away from the passband cut-off.
The filter comes housed in a rugged,
aluminum alloy case (4.4x1.1x0.9”)
with SMA-F connectors.
