Mini-Circuits’ Tiny LTCC 90°
Hybrid, 425 – 675 MHz
Mini-Circuits’ QCN-7+ is an ultra-small
ceramic surface-mount 90° hybrid
supporting applications from 425 to
675MHz including UHF modulators,
balanced amplifiers and more. This
model provides 0.4dB insertion loss,
17 dB isolation, 3° phase unbalance
and 0.5dB amplitude unbalance. It is
capable of handling RF input power
up to 15W and comes housed in a
1206 LTCC package with wraparound
terminations for excellent solderability.
It’s theperfect buildingblock for buffering
circuits from reflective elements, push-
pull amplifiers, and other cases where
90° phase offset is needed.

Mini-Circuits’ Surface Mount
VCOs with Linear Tuning, 1000
to 1100 MHz
Mini-Circuits’ ROS-1100V+ surface
mount voltage controlled oscillator
supports applications from 1000
to 1100MHz. This model provides
linear tuning characteristics with
tuning voltage from 0.5 to 12V, tuning
sensitivity from 12 to 16MHz/V, and 3dB
modulation bandwidth of 8.0MHz. It
also provides 0dBm power output, low
pushing (1.5MHz/V), low pulling (1.5
MHz) and low phase noise (-103dBc/
Hz @ 10kHz offset). The VCO comes
housed in a miniature, shielded
package (0.5x0.5x0.18”) making it an
excellent candidate for dense PCB
designs.

Conversion Loss from 200 to
1000MHz
Mini-Circuits’ ADE-7+ surface mount
frequency mixer has an LO/RF
bandwidth of 200 to 1000MHz, and
an IF bandwidth of DC to 800MHz.
Operating on +7dBm LO power, this
model supports applications including
cellular, VHF/UHF receivers and more.
It provides 6.8dB conversion loss, 53dB
L-R isolation, 40dB L-I isolation, and
+15 dBm IP3. The mixer comes housed
in a miniature, six-lead surface mount
package (0.27x0.31x0.22”) making it an
ideal candidate for dense PCB layouts.
