The project located on the N1,
10 km from Cape Town comprises a
19 500 m² super-basement, on top
of which five other buildings are
located. There is an office tower, a
boutique hotel, a mixed-use office,
an apartment building and a confer-
ence centre over two levels. The lat-
ter has an additional three levels of
offices, as well as a 20 000m² parking
garage over six levels, with a continu-
