I met my wife
at age 13 caddying at Olympia Fields Country
Club. I've caddied for Walter Payton, Mike
Ditka, and others.
Biggest concern about public education:
Withering local control.
Most encouraging thing about public
education:
Educators care about their
students as much today as ever. I'm always
touched by how much educators love their
work.
The first couple of years for new school
leaders consists of a lot of “on-the-job”
training. This workshop is designed to get a
head start on part of that training and get the
tools needed to avoid common pitfalls of the
job.

Beyond the scheduled items, new
administrators will have the chance to network
and socialize with their peers and others. This
is an opportunity not to be missed!
