End of Year Happenings
Moline Unit 40
The Moline School District hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on May 7 for a major
expansion/renovation project for Hamilton Elementary School, which will quadruple in
size to 78,000 square feet and house 600 students. The new school is slated to open
in August of 2015. Current third grade students from Hamilton, who will be among the
first fifth grade class at the new school, are shown here participating in the
groundbreaking.
