Syrup or Sugar can be used instead of Anisette.

Mix and .strain into medium size glass.

SUMMIT.

25% Grenadine.

25% Creme de Violette.

25% Yellow Chartreuse.

25% Cointreau.

Use liqueur glass and pour ingredients in carefully

so that they do not mix.

SUNSHINE.

1 teaspoonful Gomme Syrup.

Juice of i Lemon.

33i% Brandy.

66f% Rum.
