High Court Orders.
The matter of delays in preparation and
issue of High Court Orders was under con
sideration, and it was decided to make
representations in reference thereto.
Courts of Justice Act.
A special Committee was appointed to meet
by request a Committee of the Bar Council,
in order to confer in reference to the working
of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924.
Costs Query.
A report from the Costs Committee giving
the
following decision on a query was
adopted :—The costs of a lease of portion of
ground floor and entire of basement of a
Dublin shop for a term of 42 years, terminable
every seven years by lessee, at rent of £450
per annum for first seven years, £475 for
second seven years, and £500 thereafter, over
and above rates and taxes, lessee within six
months to build, subject to approval of lessor,
new shop front and window fixtures, should
be
drawn under Schedule 1,

OBITUARY.
MR. WILLIAM A. PARISH, Solicitor,
upon the 20th March, 1928, at Dublin.
Mr. Parke was admitted in Hilary Sittings,
1889, and practised at Clones. •
MR. GEORGE L^.MOORE, Solicitor, died on
21st March, 1928, at his residence, Cedar
Lodge, Forest Gate, London.
Mr. Moore served his apprenticeship with
the late Messrs. H. & R. J. McMordie, Belfast;
was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1879,
and practised at Belfast up to 1905, when he
retired.
