SOLICITORS' BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION
The usual monthly meeting of the Directors
was held on Wednesday, 5th December,
1928, Sir George Roche in the Chair.
Also present: Messrs. E. R. Bate, F. C.
Earle Bland, R. A. O'Brien, E. J. French,
E. H. Burne, J. E. McDermott, H. P. Mayne,
R. Ryan, T. G. Quirke, W. G. Wakely, and
the Secretary.
A Statement of Funds was submitted,
showing
cash
in Bank
amounting
to
£259 18s. 2d.
Cheques amounting to £120 in respect of
half-yearly annuities were drawn in favour
of twelve annuitants.
Four applications were considered
for
grants, and £50 was granted in respect of
these.
The date of the Annual General Meeting
to be held at 45 Kildare Street, was fixed for
the 25th January, 1929.
