^NE-THIRD French vermouth; one-
third Italian vermouth; one-third dry
gin. FiU with ice, mix, and strain into a
cocktail glass.
Princeton Cocktail.
Use Mixing Glass.
•^T^HREE dashes orange bitters; three-
quarters Tom gin. Fill with ice, mix,
and strain into a cocktail glass. Add one-
quarter port wine carefully, and let it settle
to bottom before serving.

Use Mixing Glass.
'JVHREE dashes orange bitters; one
spoonful yellow chartreuse; two-thirds
Plymouth gin; one-third French vermouth.
Fill with ice, mix, and strain into a cocktail
glass.
