Athletic Team Training

This program has your high school sports teams in mind (Basketball,

Cheerleading, Volleyball, Football, etc.)! If you need team building for

flexibility or strength, we offer your team private Boot Camp, Yoga, TRX

Circuit Training, Pilates, Body Pump and Cycle. Or, let us know if you have

a specific class in mind! The trainings have a maximum of 40 participants

(24 maximum for Cycle bikes).

8-20 participants: $80 flat fee for a 55-minute training

21-40 participants: $90 flat fee for a 55-minute training

The DGPD wavier needs to be signed by each participant and for

participants under the age of 18, one parent or custodial parent must sign.

Waivers and payment must be submitted to the Downers Grove Recreation

Center one week prior to the class.
