The weather may be cooling off, but we’re just getting warmed up!

The Downers Grove Park District is proud to offer the community year-round

programs and activities to keep families active even in the winter months.

We encourage you to try something new this season!

Winter is a great time to enjoy the great outdoors, relax, unwind and exercise.

The District offers multiple locations for sledding, ice skating, skiing and

snowshoeing

Stay warm and hit some balls at the all-new driving

range shelter at the Downers Grove Golf Club

Explore nature and

make discoveries at Lyman Woods

Planning to start a new year’s resolution to get fit and healthy in 2019?

Become a member of 4500 Fitness at the Downers Grove Recreation Center

Membership includes access to our newly remodeled locker rooms,

40+ cardio machines, 3-lane indoor track, free weights, steam rooms and

towel service in addition to discounts on personal training and premier and

group exercise classes. New members can take advantage of our NEW lower

enrollment fees
