www.read-eurowire.comTHE wire and cable industry has boomed in recent years, thanks
greatly to the transformation of China’s urbanisation.
The accelerated construction of power grids, ultra high voltage,
submarine cables and wind power projects have all contributed
in stimulating the market demand for high-tech and high-quality
cable products.
Development of the industry determines the prospects of the
exhibition.
This year, a greater con dence in
participating from the major manufacturers
highlights a rise in expectations for the
Asian wire and cable industries even further.
Since 1996, China has maintained the
position of world number one for steel
output. In 2011, China’s crude steel
production accounted for 46 per cent of
world production. The total capacity of the
domestic steel industry is 72 million tons
per year.
Wire and cable industries have been even
more prosperous, resulting in the current
domestic cable output being over RMB 900
billion.
Following market trends, wire China 2012
is timed perfectly to meet the growing demand, and will be the
showcase for all wire and cable companies in the Asian region.
Based on the success of past exhibitions, wire China 2012 is
expected to achieve a new zenith this year.
Running alongside Tube China, the two exhibitions are
estimated to occupy 7.5 halls, covering a total of 85,000 square
metres.
More than 1,500 exhibitors from all over the world are expected
to take part, demonstrating the innovative technologies,
products and solutions from the areas of global wire, cable and
tube industry.
wire & Tube China 2012 will continue to be a perfect platform for
companies to show strength, for industry insiders to learn new
technologies, new products and market trends, and for in-depth
academic exchanges.
