In addition, the Trac-Bug is a friction

drive cutting machine that will ride on any

standard 6″ V-grooved track, and produce

machined quality cuts and bevels with oxy-

fuel or plasma.

Uni-Bug III can produce stitch or continuous

welds that can be programmed by distance,

and will run on a variety of structural steel

profiles.

Burlington Automation, Canada, manufac-

tures tube bundling and packaging

machinery along with a complete line of

tube finishing equipment.

The tube bundling and packaging systems

are supplied in different configurations

depending on the application. Tubes are

formed into hexagonal and rectangular

patterns by overhead gantry robots and

either packaged into reusable bins or

strapped for shipping.

The company’s tube packaging systems

can accommodate a wide range of tubes

ranging in size from 0.5″ to 12″ diameter

and 20″ to 80ft in length. All changeovers

are automatic, which means that the

machine can change from packaging one

size of tube to another through the touch of

a button on the operator interface.

gained from equipping complete plants, the
