ment, a manufacturer of welding and cutting
automation equipment, will display its newest
innovations for increasing productivity.
The MM-1 is an economical automatic pipe
cutter. The computer-controlled, 2-axis
machine automates the cutting of shapes,
profiles and holes in pipe with diameters of
2″ to 16″ (optional up to 24″). Programmed
shapes such as saddle, hillside, lateral and
mitre cuts can be made by simply selecting
the type of cut from a menu, entering the
diameters of the pipe being processed, and
pressing the run button to cut the pipe.
Bug-O’s All Time girth welder is a self-
propelled welding system for horizontal
welding of field storage tanks. The girth
welder can reduce field storage tank
welding time by up to 40 per cent. Weld
defects are greatly reduced, saving tank
erection costs.
Behringer offers a wide selection of models,
enabling the company to provide customers
with systems that deliver the appropriate
size ranges, options, and material handling
requirements for their particular applications.
The company conducts research, design
and testing, and controls the manufacturing
process internally, with its own foundry and
machining centres, to ensure quality and
availability of materials.
The Behringer dual column horizontal
design can handle demanding cutting
applications
and
high
production
requirements. The company’s latest
technologies include saws designed
specifically for carbide cutting in the new
line of HBM model saws. This technology
allows users to get the most out of their
investment in carbide blades, by using a
saw with the appropriate motor, gearbox,
and rigidity.

is a global leader in the manufacture of
metal finishing equipment solutions. The
company’s product portfolio includes
bar, section, rail and profile straightening
machinery. In addition to this, the name
Bronx is synonymous with its tube
straightening machines, both in 6 and 10
roll versions, plus hydrostatic pipe testing
machines, rotary pipe cut-off and end
facing equipment material handling and
other ancillary finishing equipment.
With over 100 years of industry experience,
and thousands of installations worldwide,
Bronx/Taylor-Wilson provides technology
increased speed and efficiency. The Bronx
equipment utilizes the latest revision of its
highly proven Compass computer aided
setting system. This system uses the very
latest in industrial electronic technology
to predict optimized roll settings based on
operator input. The system provides the
customer with a consistently high quality
product and throughput capacity with the
added benefit that size changeover times
are now reduced to less than 3 minutes.
The company’s Fabtech booth will be
staffed by specialists ready to discuss

A leading manufacturer of end-forming
machines, Aristo also offers a range of
integrated forming add-ons, enabling more
productive use of its standard end-forming
systems. Aristo provides both segmented
tool sizing systems and ram forming
systems for tubes from ¼" to 8" in diameter.
The company’s range of segmented sizing
systems includes its digital (CNC) A series,
and mechanical (discrete controls) B series,
for industry standard and heavy duty
tooling, as well as its own brand of heavy
duty extended tooling for accurate sizing of
bent tubing.
The company has adapted its A series
digital I/O sizer for tube insertion, locking,
and sizing in a single production step. Its
S/SVR series includes single dimension
(dies or fingers only) segmented sizing
and ram forming capability in the same
system. The company has used its S series
segmented sizer for integrated clamping
and ram forming in a single cylinder system.
The collet-style clamping enables more
efficient and reliable flaring of hydraulic line
assemblies.
Aristo designs, builds and supports its tube
end-forming solutions in an ISO9001:2000
compliant system.
