The Nissin 3D tube bender ensures
improved productivity, with the ability
to bend a radius of over 270º simply by
placing a tube in the tube guide, without the
need to change dies. Radius and bending
directions can be easily input with the
Windows-based software program.
The bender is available in three models,
to form tube diameters from 5/16" to
23/8". Unlike conventional machines, the
bending section is securely guided by the
patented machine design, so that accurate
roundness and wall thickness is maintained,
providing a smooth and even finish.

in conjunction with bending, pipe forming is
