HDR Brachytherapy is safe and effective in skin
tumors
•
It is very useful to preserve the organ and the function
•
Acute reactions are well tolerated
•
Late effects are hypopigmentation and atrophy
•
BT is an alternative to surgery and should be offered
and considered in skin tumors committees.
