Palliative RT for Multiple Myeloma @ University of Torino

72 years old male
•
Known history of MM, already treated with
multiple lines of chemotherapy
•
Osteolytic lesion at D11-D12, determining
spinal cord compression, right leg weakness
and severe dorsal pain.
•
RT dose: 30 Gy/10 fractions
•
During treatment neurologic improvement
(dorsal pain disappeared and leg weakness
significantly reduced)
