Participated in ongoing environmental
stewardship by overseeing and
managing the P-15 Habitat replacement

Initiated research on salmonid spawner
presence and young salmonids
for watercourses with limited
documentation to support Surrey’s
Watercourse Classification mapping
updates.
Developed an interactive history of
Crescent Beach related to coastal flood
protection and sea level rise; and
Fostered water quality investigation
projects in conjunction with secondary
school classes.
Implemented Sensitive Ecosystem
Development Permit Areas;
Progressed the development of
servicing strategies for the Abbey Ridge
Local Area Plan (“LAP”), Redwood
Heights Neighborhood Concept Plan
(“NCP”), Newton Town Centre LAP and
City Centre NCP;
Implemented the recommendations
from various Integrated Stormwater
Management Plans throughout the City;
and
Incorporated native vegetation into the
2016 Design and Construction projects.
