Policy No. 5.1.1, Spec Home Color Selection and Cutoff
Purchasing:
- Issue Purchase Orders reflecting all changes from the original spec selections within one business day of
them being entered into New Star by Design.
- The Purchasing Agent or Coordinator issuing the PO’s MUST contact the CM to advise them that they
have been issued.
- The original color selection should not be canceled so that a history of the selections will be reflected.
