Mini-Circuits’ MPGA-122-75+ 75Ω dual
matchedMMIC amplifier covers the 40 to
1250 MHz frequency range, supporting
CATV and broadband applications
including DOCSIS® 3.1 systems and
equipment. This model provides high
dynamic range with 2.9 dB typical
noise figure, +51 dBm IP3, and +68
dBm IP2. It delivers +30 dBm output
power at 1 dB compression and 15 dB
gain with positive gain slope (+0.3 dB),
compensating for frequency-dependent
cable loss and eliminating the need for
additional gain-flattening componentry.
The MPGA-122-75+ integrates two
well matched dice in a single, 24-pad,
4x4mm MCLP package, making it ideal
for use in push-pull amplifiers where
suppression of unwanted second
harmonics and intermods is desirable.

Mini-Circuits’ BFCN-1445+ LTCC band
pass filter has a pass band from 1420
to 1470 MHz, supporting harmonic
rejection in a variety of transmitter/
receiver applications. This model
provides 2.2dB passband insertion
loss, 20dB lower stopband rejection,
25dB upper stopband rejection
and RF input power handling up to
1.5W. LTCC construction provides
tiny size (0.12x0.06x0.04”), excellent
thermal stability from -55 to +100˚C,
and outstanding reliability for tough
operating conditions.

Mini-Circuits’ X5 Multipliers
with Output from 250 to 500MHz
Mini-Circuits’ RMK-5-52+ frequency
multiplier provides a multiplication
factor of 5 converting input frequencies
from 50 to 100MHz into output
frequencies from 250 to 500MHz,
supporting applications including
synthesizers, local oscillators, satellite
up and down converters and more.
It provides typical conversion loss
of 22dB, high rejection of unwanted
harmonics (-56dBc at F4; -57dBc at
F6). The model comes housed in a
miniature surface mount package
(0.25x0.31x0.16”) ideal for dense
circuit board layouts.

Life Electromechanical Transfer
Switches, DC to 18GHz
Mini-Circuits’ MTS-18-12B+ is an
electromechanical failsafe microwave
transfer switch designed in break-
before-make configuration supporting
a wide range of applications from
DC to 18GHz. The switch provides
0.2dB insertion loss, 1.15:1 VSWR,
85dB isolation, and RF input power
handling up to 10W. This model
operates on a +12V supply and
comes housed in a rugged aluminum
alloy case (1.97x1.02x0.53”) with
SMA connectors and optional
mounting brackets. Its patented
design provides extra-long switching
life of 10 million cycles, and has been
qualified to 100 million cycles with
proper maintenance.
