Designed using high Q capacitors
and chip inductors, this model
provides 1.5dB passband insertion
loss, 1.1:1 passband VSWR, 40
dB stopband rejection and steep
roll-off in the transition. The filter
is designed onto an open printed
laminate with a small footprint
(0.25x0.25”) and Mini-Circuits’
unique TopHat® feature to improve
speed and accuracy of pick-and-
place assembly.

Mini-Circuits’ Tiny MMIC
SPDT Switch Provides High
Dynamic Range from 5 to
6000MHz
Mini-Circuits’ JSW2-63VHDRG+ is
a reflective symmetric MMIC SPDT
switch with an internal CMOS driver
designed for wideband operation
from 5 to 6000MHz. This model
provides power handling up to
2.5W and high dynamic range with
+75dBm IIP3 and +115dBm IIP2.
It also provides low insertion loss
of 0.4dB, high isolation in the off
state (68dB at 100MHz; 20dB at
5000MHz), and very fast switching
of just 2µs. The switch operates on
a single positive supply voltage with
low current consumption and comes
housed in a tiny 12-pad 2x2mm
MCLP package with excellent ESD
protection.

insertion loss (0.9dB to 1GHz; 4.9dB
to 18GHz) and excellent return loss
(33dB to 6GHz; 29dB to 18GHz).
SLC-series spaghetti cables are
available off the shelf in a variety
of lengths with SMA connectors to
meet your needs.
