A pottery workshop during my third year of college was my introduc-

tion to the medium of clay. I was hooked, and a mere taste was not

enough; my desire to work more in this fascinating medium brought

me to Golden Bridge Pottery in 1999. I was very fortunate to come under

the tutorship and guidance of Ray Meeker and Deborah Smith where I

gained the confidence to explore the endless possibilities that clay had

to offer. The journey of raw clay to form will always be an inspiration

and expression.

This current series is an exploration of printing, imprinting and

transferring images on to clay. The works are not only visually inviting,

they encourage the viewer to interact and be a part of the whole

creation.
