Email Signatures
What should be in your email signature:
Your Name
Your Email
Parks/Office location
Your Office Phone #
Your License #
Options would be to also add your photo or Parks logo, and also a link to
download your mobile app or other links
Each email platform is slightly different where you begin to set up your
email signature.
Gmail
Click on the gear symbol in the upper right corner - and go to settings
Under the general tab, about two thirds down, you’ll see Signature
You’ll enter your basic information, and then to add
links you want to use the universal symbol for hyperlink
Anywhere you see the symbol of hyperlink (or a
piece
of chain) you can add a hyperlink
