DLP is a dynamic listing presentation option included in the CMA presentation
The DLP will create a custom website for your seller/buyer that will show their subject property,
and active/pending/sold properties around their subject property. This custom website will
update directly from the MLS service - and also offers options for your clients to ask questions/
receive updates and more
This is the same function as the One to One Campaign
One to One
The One to One Campaign creates a custom website for your clients (buyer or seller or just
browsing) that will show a subject property, and all active/pending/closed properties around
them.
The website updates daily from MLS for the active/pending/closed properties and also offers
options for your clients to ask questions (which are emailed directly to you) and for you to post
messages to your clients
