In order to cope with the demands of
an increasing number of international
customers, iiM corp has strengthened
its network of partners over the globe
with representatives in India and South
Africa. The Indian company Puretronics
and the South African company
Channing Industries, together with
existing representatives in Europe and
the USA, will support the distribution of
iiM cable measuring devices.
The cable industry’s demand for quality
assuring measurement engineering
grows continuously, especially in the
economically ambitious nations such
as India and South Africa.
“The increasing number of customers
in these countries induced us to close
partnerships with the representations
on site,” explained Peter Anacker, who
manages the iiM corp with Roy Dietsch
and Heiko Freund.
“Puretronics and Channing Industries
offer iiM corp competent support, since
both companies have long experience
in the cable industry with an
established national network of cable
producers.
“Therefore, both are ideal partners for
the distribution of iiM products and
offer a good basis for expansion on the
Indian subcontinent and South Africa.
“We are very pleased about our
cooperation with these new
representations. Both stand for high
quality and will very well represent us
on site,” stresses Peter Anacker.
“The purpose of distribution
partnerships is to handle the demands
of already existing customers by using
contacts on site and to open up shares
of the market by increasing the number
of new customers.
“The contacts on site not only simplify
the communication with the customers,
but also save a lot of time.”
The cooperation with the new
representations enabled the successful
completion of first projects on site.
Channing Industries presented
products of the iiM corp to a large
number of cable producers in a road
show especially organised for the
purpose. The Indian partner Puretronics
represented iiM corp at the wire &
Cable India show in Mumbai.
The main interest of the iiM corp in
2009 is to develop the network of
partners and to open up shares of new
markets.
