Recruitment
Results
Brian Kennedy, Kerry Anderson, Claire Lynch
and Carol Spence attended an information
evening for new PSNI recruits at the Police
Training College.
This is the second of a series
of events whereby 2 Region have been actively
promoting IPA membership.
Brian Kenedy said,
”Take up so far has
been excellent with the added bonus of
the training staff also joining the IPA. The
recruitment video was on continuous play to
draw in a crowd to the table! We also created
information packs to hand out to the students
on the day.”

Tim Wildman, the son of IPA member Melvyn
Wildman, pictured second from the left with a
colleague from Sheffield, met with two French
officers at the finish line of Tour De France Stage 2.
Lawrence Wright, another Section UK member had
been watching the Tour de France with interest and
noticed the French Gendarmerie who were seen riding
their motor cycles along with the cyclists. Lawrence
said,
"What a great opportunity for friendship. It would
be good to know if any IPA members did make contact
or got a photo opportunity?"
