Amplifier, 5.9 to 18GHz
Mini-Circuits’ ZVE-3W-183+ is an
ultra-wideband, connectorized
amplifier supporting a wide variety
of applications from 5.9 up to 18GHz
including Radar, test instrumentation
and more. This model delivers 3W
saturated output power with 35dB
gain and ±1.4dB flatness across its
entire operating frequency range.
It also provides high dynamic
range with +44dBm IP3 and good
matching with 1.5:1 input VSWR and
1.2:1 output VSWR. The amplifier
operates on a 15V, 1.3A power
supply and features internal voltage
regulation for 13 to 18VDC. It comes
housed in a rugged, aluminum allow
case (1.96x2.43x3.6”) with a heat
sink for efficient cooling and SMA
connectors.

Mini-Circuits’ ZUDC20-183+ is
an ultra-wideband directional
coupler covering a wide range of
applications from 0.5 to 18GHz
including cellular, WiMax, ISM,
GSM, lab use and more. This model
features 20dB coupling with ±0.6dB
coupling flatness across its entire
frequency range, 50W input power
handling and DC current passing up
to 3A from input to output. It provides
1.3dB mainline loss, 22dB directivity
(at 4GHz), and 21dB return loss up to
4GHz (19dB up to 18 GHz). It comes
housed in a rugged aluminum alloy
case (6.47x0.73x0.51”) with SMA
connectors at all ports.

with strain relief and is performance
qualified to 20,000 flex cycles,
providing high reliability and long
life, ideal for test environments
where frequent bending and heavy
use are common. It provides low
insertion loss (from 0.51 to 1.43dB),
excellent return loss (25 to 36dB)
and high power handling up to
338W at 0.5GHz and 98W at 3GHz.
This model is 6 feet in length and
features N-Male connectors at both
