Simpacks’ newly redesigned dual head
automatic coiler can coil 18 AWG up to 8
AWG solid or strand building wire, as well
as coiling flat wire and cable. The coiler is
capable of producing four to six 100m-long
coils per minute. Change time is less than
two seconds.
The new automatic coiler, strap and coil
holders are available for all steel wire
packaging on 22 to 34kg coils, including
two/four straps as an option.

It has recently developed high-speed
dual take-ups for 1,000mm bobbin,
incorporating it into a high-speed
insulating line up to 1,000m/min.
