Mini-Circuits’ Ultra-

Wideband MMIC LNA, 0.5 to

8GHz

Mini-Circuits’ ZX60-83LN+ is an

ultra-wideband connectorized LNA

providing low noise figure of 1.4dB

across the entire 0.5 to 8GHz

frequency range, supporting a broad

range of applications. It delivers

21dB gain, P1dB of +20.7dBm , and

IP3 up to +35dBm. The amplifier

achieves good input and output

return loss over its full frequency

range without any external matching

componentry required. It operates

on a single +5 or +6V supply with

low current consumption and comes

housed in a rugged, compact

unibody case (0.74x0.75x0.46”)

with SMA connectors .

Amplifier Provides High

Directivity from 0.5 to 4.5GHz

Mini-Circuits’ MNA-2A-D+ MMIC

amplifier de covers the 0.5 to

4.5GHz frequency range, supporting

a wide variety of applications

including cellular, SatCom, defense

and more. This model provides

high active directivity (31-36dB),

making it suitable for use as a

buffer amplifier and minimizing

interaction with adjacent circuits. It

delivers 15dB typical gain, P1dB of

+17.5dBm, and IP3 up to +32dBm

(at 5V operation).

The MNA-2A-D+ can operate on

a single supply voltage from +2.8

to +5V, giving the user flexibility to

reduce power consumption with low

voltage operation or to maximize

P1dB and IP3 with +5V operation.

It integrates the entire matching

network and the majority of the bias

circuit inside the die, simplifying

circuit design and minimizing

system size. It has HBM Class

1A and MM Class M1 ESD ratings

and moisture sensitivity rating of

MSL 1, minimizing special handling

requirements on production lines.

MNA-2A-D+ MMIC amplifier dice

may be ordered from stock in gel-

paks (-DG+ model number suffix) of

10, 50 or 100KGD. Partial wafers

(<5000KGD, -DP+ model number

suffix) and full wafers (-DF+ model

number suffix) are also available

by request from authorized

Mini-Circuits sales representatives.

Achieves High Dynamic

Range from 0.04 to 3GHz

Mini-Circuits’ MGVA-62+ dual-

matched MMIC amplifier covers

the 40 MHz to 3 GHz band with

outstanding IP2 performance of

+70dBm, resulting in excellent

suppression

of

unwanted

second harmonics in wideband

applications. It covers a range of

popular communication bands

including cellular, cable, TV, PCS,

SATCOM, and WiMAX, and is ideal

for wideband applications such as

push-pull and balanced amplifiers,

base station infrastructure and

more.

Fabricated using InGaP HBT

technology, the amplifier contains

two well-matched dice in one

package with typical gain match

of 0.2dB and phase match of 1.5˚.

It provides 15dB gain, P1dB up to

+19.4dBm, and high dynamic range

with IP3 up to +37dBm. It runs on

a 5V, 69mA (each amplifier) supply

and comes in a tiny 5x6mm 8-pad

package.
