Mini-Circuits’ MMIC

Amplifier Die Provides High IP3

and High Gain from 0.01 to

6GHz

Mini-Circuits’ GVA-62-D+ is a

wideband MMIC amplifier die

fabricated

using

InGaP

HBT

technology supporting a wide range of

applications from 0.01 to 6GHz. This

model provides high IP3 of +32 dBm,

15.5dB gain, +19 dBm P1dB, 21.4dB

reverse isolation, and excellent input/

output return loss without the need

for external matching components.

The amplifier operates on a single

+5V supply and measures only

692x682x100µm, allowing integration

directly into customer modules where

small size and light weight are critical

requirements.

GVA-62-D+ MMIC amplifier dice

may be ordered from stock in gel-

paks (-DG+ model number suffix)

of 10, 50 or 100KGD. Partial wafers

(<5000KGD, -DP+ model number

suffix) and full wafers (-DF+ model

number suffix) are also available by

request from authorized Mini-Circuits

sales representatives.

Mini-Circuits’ GVA-84-D+ is a

Wideband MMIC amplifier die

fabricated

using

InGaP

HBT

technology supporting a wide range of

applications from DC to 7GHz. This

model provides high IP3 of +37dBm,

24dB gain, +20.5dBm P1dB, 26.5dB

reverse isolation, and excellent input/

output return loss without the need

for external matching components.

The amplifier operates on a single

+5V supply and measures only

560x680x100µm, allowing integration

directly into customer modules where

small size and light weight are critical

requirements.

GVA-84-D+ MMIC amplifier dice

may be ordered from stock in gel-

paks (-DG+ model number suffix) of

10, 50 or 100 KGD. Partial wafers

(<5000KGD, -DP+ model number

suffix) and full wafers (-DF+ model

number suffix) are also available by

request from authorized Mini-Circuits

Provides 10 dB Attenuation

Mini-Circuits’

BW-N10W50+

wideband, coaxial precision fixed

attenuator provides 10dB attenuation

with ±0.5dB flatness from DC to

18 GHz. This model is capable

of handling up to 50W RF input

power, and provides 1.3:1 VSWR.

The attenuator features rugged

construction with passivated stainless

steel N-type connectors and heat

dissipation fins for excellent thermal

efficiency without the need for any

external cooling equipment.

Passband

Mini-Circuits’ CBP-1062C+ has a

passband from 960 to 1164MHz,

supporting a variety of applications

including aviation, traffic collision

avoidance, fixed satellite and radar.

This model achieves 0.6dB passband

insertion loss, 29dB lower stopband

rejection, 30dB upper stopband

rejection, and 5W RF power handling.

It comes housed in a miniature

shielded package (0.75x0.75x0.21”)

with wraparound terminations for

excellent solderability.
