this first stage 28 year development
programme of mixed use residential
and commercial properties on Duchy
of Cornwall land.

In line with the environmental vision for the
site, Ideal Standard’s Concept Blue fittings
range will also be installed, offering state-of-
the-art water and energy saving solutions,
whilst being healthier to use.
Martin Evans, procurement manager at
Morrish Builders, said: “Tregunnel Hill is a
significant contract for Morrish Builders, as it
is our first in Cornwall. It was vital we found
a supplier that could help determine our
specification needs and then form the link
with both the distributor and our appointed
specialist contractor to communicate them.“

Having commenced in November 2012,
the site will hold two to four bedroom
housing in the private sector, along with
apartments and a mixture of two and
three bedroom houses for the social
sector.
Morrish Builders has been contracted to
develop just under half of the residential
properties on the site, consisting of many
smaller cottage-type properties where
space can be limited. Ideal Standard’s
Concept Space was selected to address
this challenge, due to its range of
innovative ceramics, baths and storage
solutions, designed to transform small or
awkward bathrooms into a beautiful use
of space.
