tablespoon Anchovy paste
3 hard-cooked Eggs
Salt and Pepper

cup Milk

cups Bread crumbs

Heat milk, add crumbs. and cook over low
flame, stirring until smooth. Add butter, sea–
soning, anchovy paste, then fold in sliced eggs.
Serve on toast.
