Irish or Rye Whiskey, 1 Glass
Gum Syrup, 3 Dashes
Add juice of
Yz
Lemon.
Ice.-20 Shakes. Strain into an 8-oz. glass,
fill with Carbonated water and serve.

Mix the same as above and add
Yz
jigger of
yellow chartreuse and decorate with fruits in
season.

WHISKEY FIX
Whiskey, 1 Glass
Sugar, Powdered, 2 Tea–
spoonsful
Add juice of 1 Lemon.
Ice.-Stir. Strain and serve.

This may be made the same as above except
that pineapple syrup is substituted for the
Lemon juice. Add a Dash of Lemon juice.
