AMEX wanted a unique, high-end lounge to accommodate its exclusive
members and to be a destination locale within the new international terminal at
SFO.
AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, technology
and security services for this high end 7,167 SF tenant improvement project,
including kitchen, lounge and restrooms located in the Mezzanine level of
Terminal 3.
This is a LEED Platinum project.
