BNC Interconnect Cables, DC

to 3GHz

Mini-Circuits’ 141-8BM+ HandFlex™

interconnect cable is ideal for

interconnection of a wide variety

of cable assemblies from DC to

3GHz. BNC-Male connectors at both

ends are ideal for making secure

connections in assemblies using

BNC connector types. Tight minimum

bend radius of 8mm makes these

cables perfect for installations in

tight spots, and hand formable cable

construction allows easy bending to

almost any shape without special

bending tools often needed in semi-

rigid cable assemblies. This model

is 8 inches in length and provides

24dB return loss at 3GHz, 0.2dB

insertion loss at 3GHz, and 180W

power handling at 3GHz. 141-series

Mini-Circuits’

Reflectionless Low Pass

Filter Passes DC to 300MHz

with High Stopband Rejection

Mini-Circuits’ revolutionary X-series

reflectionless filters now include two

and three section designs, giving

you ultra-high stopband rejection

for applications where suppression

of strong spurious signals and

intermods is needed. New model

XLF-13H+ has a passband from DC

to 1000MHz and stopband from 1850

to 19000MHz. The filter provides

1.9dB passband insertion loss, 1.3:1

passband VSWR, stopband rejection

of 34dB from 1850 to 2500MHz,

47dB from 2500 to 10000MHz,

and 50dB up to 19000MHz. 1.3:1

typical stopband VSWR results in

minimal stopband signal reflections,

eliminating spurs and improving

system dynamic range. It also

provides excellent power handling

of up to 7.9W in the passband and

1.58W in the stopband. Fabricated

using IPD process technology on

GaAs, the filter comes housed in a

tiny 5x5mm QFN package.

Mini-Circuits’X-series of reflectionless

filters employs a novel filter topology

which absorbs and terminates

stopband signals internally rather

than reflecting them back to the

source. This new capability enables

unique applications for filter circuits

beyond those suited to traditional

approaches. Reflectionless filters

eliminate stopband signal reflections,

allowing them to be paired with

sensitive devices such as mixers

and multipliers without the need for

extra components like attenuators,

significantly

improving

system

performance and saving board space.

Solid-State SP4T Absorptive

Switch, 1 to 6000MHz

Mini-Circuits’ ZSWA4-63DR+ is

a connectorized SP4T solid state

absorptive RF switch with an

internal driver supporting a wide of

applications from 1 to 6000MHz.

This model is ideal for applications

requiring extremely fast switching

with a switch speed of just 320ns.

The switch provides 57dB isolation

up to 2700MHz (36dB at 6000MHz),

+58dBm IP3, and RF input power

handling up to +33dBm. It operates

on a single 2.3 to 3.6V supply, and

comes housed in a rugged, compact

aluminum alloy case (2.00x1.5x0.6”)

with SMA connectors at all RF ports

and a 9-pin D-sub connector for DC

power and control signals.

ZSW2-272VHDR+

is a connectorized SPDT solid

state reflective RF switch with

an internal driver supporting a

wide of applications from 30 to

2700MHz. This model provides

power handling up to 20W and

very high dynamic range with

+85dBm typical IP3. It’s ideal for

applications requiring extremely

fast switching with a switch speed

of just 15µs. The switch provides

30dB isolation up to 2000MHz

(28dB at 2700MHz) and 0.35dB

insertion loss on the connected

path. It operates on a single 2.3 to
