Today you come
As a high-born Bridegroom,
So finely attired and adorned,
Riding with great, simple dignity
To the Wedding Hall –
And one knows
The Wedding Hall
As well as the ceremony
Of consecration
Occur
Constantly within you,
The creative union
And sharing
Of Ishwara and Ishwari,
Their wills mingling and completing
One another
In every step of your
Dance,
Of which all entities
Are witnesses
And
Beneficiaries…

Engaged

A language of potent motions
And stances
That is not accessible
To earthly men’s minds –
This alienation
Could cause fear
If and when
One forgets
One’s surrender to the Lord:
