very close to the County’s median household income. The median value of owner-occupied
housing units was $588,000 (lower than the County median of $746,500), and the owner-
occupied housing unit rate from 2010-2014 within the City was 71.4% (significantly higher than
the County rate of 56.1%). On average, there are approximately 3.06 persons per household
with approximately 12,900 households in the City.

(below the County average of 47%). From 2010-2014, the mean travel time to work (for
