ACT AS A RESPONSIBLE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION

Because trust rests on responsibilities that are undertaken, Amundi is committed to acting as a responsible financial institution. This commitment

has two thrusts: (i) promoting responsible finance incorporating human and environmental criteria and (ii) respecting clients’ interests.

2.1

Promoting responsible finance

SUSTAINABLE AND RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT

Amundi is one of the pioneers of SRI and has significantly improved the integration of ESG criteria in its investment decisions in recent years.

Amundi is now one of the world leaders with €167.7 billion in assets under SRI management.

As part of its SRI management, Amundi uses strict rules for applying ESG criteria, in addition to financial criteria. Amundi is convinced that

this approach, which takes a 360-degree view of companies, secures value creation.
