MAIN STREET CONCEPT

The Club is creating a “main street” through the clubhouse across all the levels to make access between spaces easier.

This eliminates the need for a long, empty linkway, and allows The Club to utilize its Gross Floor Area more effectively. It

should also allow Members to access different outlets more easily.

KITCHEN CONNECTIVITY

EDG, The Club’s F&B consultant, stressed the need for a centralized kitchen to make food preparation, delivery, and

s

ervice quicker and more efficient. This master plan connects each outlet with a kitchen for this purpose and is the

r

eason that some restaurants are moving from their current locations.

THE MASTER PLAN

The Club finalized the master plan for the redevelopment in June. This plan shows where each outlet will be located

once the redevelopment is complete, but does not show any design elements or square footage allocations. These

plans and FAQs are posted in the Linkway at The Club as well.
