PS Costruzioni has launched a new model
of its pay-off cantilever and dancer unit.
This new pay-off is very sturdy and can be
used for both insulated and non-insulated
copper cables, while the dancer can
process cables with very small sections,
down to 0.15mm2.
It also guarantees a steady control on
tension during the unwinding process
(acceleration, maximum speed and
deceleration).
The loading and unloading of the reel
pintles is fast and automatic. The operator
only has to place the reel between the two
pintles and select the reel diameter.
Loading and unloading take place by
means of a steel platform, activated by a
pneumatic cylinder.
This platform has two movements:
• Vertical: for loading/unloading the
spool, by means of a pneumatic
cylinder
• Horizontal (sideways): for easily taking
out the reel from the pintles. The
horizontal movements take place on
bearings

stainless steel wire and knitted mesh.
It can supply stainless steel wire of 300
series, 400 series and 200 series ranging
from 0.14mm to 5mm.
Yanda-Guohai’s wire is available for
welding, weaving, braiding, etc, while
knitted mesh gasket can be used in
automobile industry, chemical industry, etc.
The annual capacity is more than 7,000
tons, about 70 per cent of which is
exported.

The new range of wire straightening and
cutting machines from Ravni Technologies
has been successfully launched.
The MDC30 is equipped with the servo
cutting device and the user-friendly control
panel. This machine cuts within a range of
3 to 10mm and operates at a rate of 30 to
130mpm.
All machine functions can be found on the
user-friendly control panel, which displays
the different stages of the production
process.
Features have been designed for
operational efficiency. The new MDC30
straightening and cutting machine
incorporates four motors, and the cutting
device is moved via a servomotor.
As with all Ravni Technologies machine
models, the new MDC30 is fitted with a fast
tool changer.
