Flame cutting machines

ZINSER GmbH is one of the leading

manufacturers worldwide for flame

cuttingmachines and a high-performance

partner for oxy-fuel technology and hot

air welding. With an in-house team of

engineers Zinser caters for individual

customer requirements in CNC controls

and cutting machine construction.

It also offers qualified professional

training courses at its in-house training-

and technology centre just as clear

introductions into the modern technology

of CNC user interface and software.

The CNC pipe cutting machine

Zinser 1306 produced by Zinser

features three axes for oxy-fuel and

plasma cutting. The machine was

especially designed for the machining

of round and square pipes. As it has

a cantilever for an additional axis it is

possible to cut also on the surfaces of

square pipes.

Apertures, notches, cuts over the

corners and drum curves as well as

the entire end preparation can be

performed quickly and at reduced costs.

Excellent results at reduced piece costs

can be achieved with the Zinser 1306.

Furthermore this precision machine is

equipped with a hollow shaft through

the chuck, which enables the use of an

internal ventilation. The Zinser 1306 can

also be equipped with a pneumatic jaw

chuck, a drilling unit, powerful extraction

systems and filter units.

Cutting edge sawing solutions

AFTER 57 years in business Addison

Saws is still delivering innovative and

cutting edge, metal cutting bandsaw

solutions for the aerospace, oil and

gas and special alloys markets with the

introduction of its Imet ‘Xtech Range’ of

bandsaws. Offering four new models in

the range and a top capacity of 1,200mm,

these high production, double column

bandsaws are an ideal choice for the

aforementioned industries, particularly

the smaller ‘16” ‘Xtech 410’ model, along

with its bigger brother the ‘25” Xtech 630’.

‘Xtech Bandsaws’ embrace the latest

metals cutting technology. Technology

that has not only increased cutting

feeds and speeds, but also reduced

operational vibration, enabling them to

deliver much higher productivity levels

with an extended blade life.
