INTRA-FRACTION MOTION OF
PRIMARY GTV:
Daily soft tissue registration:
•
Midsagittal primary CTV can move considerably
(≥10 mm)
•
Significant weak relation with bladder filling
•
Intra-fraction rigid registration of bony anatomy
does not correct for this CTV motion
•
Rigid soft tissue registration does correct with a
maximum residual CTV motion of about 4.0 mm
