When using clinical drawings and CT images for treatment planning in locally

GTV
can be reliably described only based on
clinical
examination
with regard to
cervical, parametrial, and vaginal extension
(not for infiltration into the uterine corpus)
, as
CT at present is not
recognized as a reliable and valid method to assess the advanced
macroscopic tumor of the cervix
