5mm cranial to sup penile bulb
– Ant:
caudally < 2cm sup to anastomosis (post pub sym) &
cranially > 2cm to anastomosis (post 1/3 bladder wall)
– Post:
anterior rectal wall
– Lat:
medial border obturator internus & levator ani
– Sup:
dependant if SV removed; if SV present then treat
according to clinical risk & if removed + involved, treat
according to pre-op position
• Pelvic Nodes (clinician preference)
– Obturator, internal iliac, external iliac, pre-sacral, pre-
sciatic nodes
