Description
The EastMed project is an approximately 1900 km offshore/onshore pipeline project that will directly connect the East Mediterranean gas resources
to the European gas system. The project consists of 5 sections connecting the following areas: Levantine basin ² Cyprus ²Crete- Peloponnese ²West
Greece-Thesprotia. The system will have a capacity of 320-350 GWh/d with the option to upgrade the capacity of the pipeline sections from Crete up
to 510 Gwh/d, in case relevant reserves will be discovered in the offshore of Crete.
